济南液压升降机维修保养常识

液压升降机保养时其他人员应该远离,保养时审查虎伏、两头轴及轴承;油缸销轴及轴承,臂架铰轴及轴承等光滑度和磨损状况;审查液压油质和油位。升贬台升至最高时液压油面应高出油箱底40-50毫米。液压油油变暗,油质发粘,或者油中有砂砾等异物时,应及时改换液压油。那么保养时具体注意哪些细节呢?

1、新品不经选配,汽缸间隙测量不准
换装汽缸套活塞必须检查标准缸套与活塞的尺寸分组代号,测量汽缸间隙时规定以椭圆长轴方向的间隙为准,即测量活塞裙部垂直于活塞销孔方向的间隙。这样测量比较方便、准确。

3、机油只加不换,轮胎气压过高
使用过的油中机械杂质残留很多,即使放尽,油底壳及油路中仍存有杂质。轮胎气压过高过低都会影响其使用寿命,同时也不利安全行驶。

4、润滑脂乱用乱涂,螺栓拧得太紧
汽缸垫不但要求严格密封汽缸内所产生的高温高压气体,还要密封汽缸盖和缸体内的具有一定压力和流速的冷却水和机油,在汽缸垫上涂润滑脂,当汽缸盖螺栓拧紧时,一部分润滑脂会被挤压到汽缸水道和油道中,留在缸垫间的润滑油脂在汽缸工作时,高温高压燃气易从此处冲击,毁坏缸垫,造成漏气。
